From issue 25 of Marvel's Transformers comic from the 80s. Optimus was killed in the previous issue because of a video game (no joke) and old Megs goes insane...well more insane than what he was before. Brawl, one of the Combaticons made the mistake of getting uppity with Megs and well, you can see what happened.
