pointed out something interesting in this picture. In Superman's picture, Clark Kent alter-ego is on the right side, while in the other pictures, the superhero alter-ego is on the right. This is because for the Silver-Age version of the Man of Steel, Clark was the alter-ego, the mask he hid behind. After the reboot following Crisis on Infinite Earths, roles were reversed and Superman became the cover for Clark Kent. It was the opposite for Batman, with the former being a cover for Bruce Wayne pre-Crisis, but was flipped post-Crisis, with Bruce being the cover.
