Transformers 30 Day Challenge - Day 6: Worst Universe

Beast Machines. It was a sequel to Beast Wars, but was a failure. The series featured Optimus Primal and the other Maximals returning to Cybertron and some confusing and convoluted crap happening and I lost interest after the first episode. It was a little too preachy, with Optimus becoming obsessed with creating a green environmental paradise over a technological one. He eventually realizes there has to be a balance, which is achieved at the cost of his life. Not my cup of tea.
